Etiquette Tips
Be My Valentine?
Have you composed a personal love letter or a love poem for your
Sweetheart? Would you like to? Don’t know where to begin?
It has been said that “Love Letters contain words that are the most often kept and the most often burnt.”
Love can be expressed in many different ways, but the most timeless and most treasured will always remain the classic love letter. We treasure the words as much as the person who writes them.
The first thing to remember when composing a love letter to your mate or to your significant other is to write from the heart. Let the person know your true feelings for them. This may include telling them how you felt when you first met; explain that you can’t imagine life without him/her. Describing past events or occasions that are dear to your heart, or telling them of their qualities you find most attractive.
Be concerned with the presentation. Remember to handwrite the letter on specialty paper and with a flair pen.
